Passed in the National Fire Safety  Inspection, which is more rigorous than the European Standard, this is a flame  retardant product to be safe to use in the multi-purpose facilities. Unlike the  International Standards, the National Standard requires us to meet both  criteria for flame retardancy and generation of toxic gases when it is  combusted. Removal of Harmful Substances and  Deodorization

Suitable for residential spaces (newly built houses, interior spaces, bathrooms, shoe shelves, etc.)

It absorbs and decomposes harmful  substances by the reaction with natural substances used in the process of  absorbing air and is highly effective in deodorizing and getting rid of harmful  substances such as acetic acid, acetaldehyde, etc.

Acoustic Insulation

Suitable for places requiring stable sound (cinemas, Karaoke rooms, recording studios, etc.)

With maximum acoustic absorption coefficient going up to NRC 0.91 at 5000Mhz, which is far superior to general sound absorbing materials, it significantly reduces various types of noise letting you enjoy a sense of stability and stable sound at the same time when applied to acoustics.

Humidity Control

Suitable for humid places (dressing rooms in rainy seasons, basements, shoe shelves, etc.)

As a product that maintains its shape by the moisture existed in the room, Scandiamoss absorbs the moisture. It dries up when it releases the moisture it holds when the humidity level in the room goes down to below 30%. It begins to absorb the moisture again and gets soft when the humidity level goes up to 30% or higher and becomes especially effective in dehumidification by repeating the softening processes.
